What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), the message you write, and any website or LinkedIn link you choose to share. We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other method to collect information about you before you submit that form.

How we use it

Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to scope and deliver the requested work. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to a mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Who processes it

Two service providers handle form submissions on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the contact form.
• Vercel — hosts this website and the serverless function that receives your submission.

We don't use any other third-party processor for data submitted through this site today. If that changes — for example, if we add a scheduling tool for booking calls — this policy will be updated to name it.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to deliver it — and no longer than necessary after that unless you ask us to retain it for a specific reason (e.g. an ongoing client relationship).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@clarusiq.com. If you're located in the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law (such as California), you may have additional rights under that law; we'll honor a request made under it on the same basis as any other request above.

Changes to this policy

If how we collect or use information changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
